Graduate "Meilleur Ouvrier de France"

Emmanuel carlier is now part of the prestigious society of the "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France". On Monday, May 13, 2019, he received the diploma and the Medal of the Sorbonne University before being greeted at the Palais de l'Elysée by the President.
